Supporting 14-19 education

Young male learner sitting on a pile of workbooks

Over the years, UCAS has had a close involvement in 14-19 educational reform, ranging from representation on the original Tomlinson committee on 14-19 qualifications, to work on bringing Diplomas into the UCAS Tariff.

We see considerable synergy between post-16 and university and college application, and believe that UCAS could have a valuable role to play in providing an overall framework and coordination between the different players. Joining them together could be very helpful in tracking the learner journey, supporting the September Guarantee, identifying potential NEETs and providing Provision and Destination data.

We believe that by combining our experience in HE with our pioneering work undertaken in support of the 14-19 agenda, UCAS 14-19 is uniquely placed to make a positive contribution to the sector through the provision of leading-edge and sustainable products and services.

Our clients tell us that our products can help them with some of the tough challenges they face. We would like to share these benefits with you.
